General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

General Terms and Conditions of Symbol Kft

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) contain the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and the customer using its commercial services. The Service Provider and the Customer accept that these GTC apply both to sales through the Website and Webshop operated by the Service Provider, and to sales through e-mail, telephone, or in person.

Scope and Subject of these GTC

The Customer declares that they have understood, acknowledged, and accepted the provisions of the currently effective GTC after reading it. The subject of the contract covers the production and delivery of branded promotional gifts and workwear, or the delivery of non-branded promotional gifts.

Ordering Process

Orders on the Webshop interface are only possible with registration. The language of the contract is Hungarian. The currency of the prices is HUF (Net/Gross).

Warranty and Right of Withdrawal

According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 working days without justification. EXCEPTIONS are products that are custom-made based on the Customer's unique needs (personalized/branded products). In such cases, there is no possibility of withdrawal.
